The other day I was watching an episode of the Bonnie Hunt show---I've mentioned before that I just love her. Well, she had Paula Deen on the show and they were talking about her story and about a book she had written about her life. Something about her story touched me so I ordered her book on half.com. The story grabbed me immediately from the foreword. I related so much to a lot of her story. I haven't finished the book yet, but it has already given me a huge respect for the woman behind the great southern cook. I wish I had her drive. I could do anything! Anyway, her story gives me hope that a life begun late can still be a life well worth the living and makes me believe that unexpected wonderful things could pop up for me just around any corner.

Miss Tonna,
I have had the pleasure of visiting Paula's resturant in Savannah Georgia. The Lady and Sons. It was so much fun, and the food...well, as I'm sure you can guess it was fantastic! It seened like you were visiting a friend with lots of comfort food. YUM!
Let me tell you, you are to scrapbooking what Paula is to cooking. You are AWESOME! I look forward to your classes and company. I always feel like I'm visiting a friend/friends and the projects are always top notch!
I always leave your classes happy and satisfied! I think you are just beginning to discover who and what you are. I feel fortunate to call you a friend! Much love, Lisa
